These terms apply to all purchases of digital products (for example downloads, e-books, digital templates) made through this webshop. The shop is operated by:

Contract

• The presentation of digital products in the shop is not a legally binding offer. It is an invitation to order.
• By clicking the buy button you place a binding order. The contract is formed when we confirm your payment and provide the download link or the product.

Prices and payment

• All prices are final prices in USD. Digital products have no shipping costs.
• Payment is made through the payment methods offered in the shop by stripe.com.

Licence

• With the purchase you receive a simple, non-transferable and non-exclusive right of use for personal use.
• You may not resell, give away, copy, publish, or pass the digital files on to third parties, whether for payment or free of charge, in any form.

Withdrawal

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal ends early once we have started to perform the contract (by providing the download), after you have expressly agreed that we may start before the withdrawal period ends, and after you have confirmed that you understand that you lose the right of withdrawal.

Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of our digital products. Use is at your own responsibility.

Data we collect

When you buy in our shop, we collect:

• Email address, to send the download link and the invoice.
• Payment data is handled directly by the payment provider. We do not store credit card numbers.

Purpose

• To process your order and provide the digital products.
• To meet legal tax retention duties.

Sharing

Your data is passed to third parties only when this is strictly required to perform the contract, for example to our payment provider Stripe or PayPal and to our hosting provider. Data is not shared for advertising.

Your rights

You may at any time request free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the processing, and you may request correction or deletion of that data.
